Rodda, Srinivas Konhar, Rao Bahadur, Dharwar; belongs to a family some of whose members were originally in the service of the Madras Government; b. 1850; educ: at the Deccan College, Poona; joined service in the educational department; rose to the position of Principal, Training College, Dharwar; served the department for over 35 years and retired; elected Member, Legislative Council, Bombay, 1909; re-elected, 1911.
