U.S. MARSHAL'S SALE.


UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT, Southern District of New York.—At the suit of the United States demanding forfeiture thereof under the provisions of Sections 3022 and 2636 R.S.U.S., I have seized and hold Fifteen packages containing 6-4/12 dozen pair embroidered silk hose, 4/12 dozen pair silk hose and 59-10/12 dozen pair wool hose. Notice is hereby given that the cause is appointed for trial at the U.S. Court and Post Office Building, Manhattan, New York, on November 25th, 1918, at the opening of court. All persons are notified then and there to appear and defend their interest, if any, in said goods. All not appearing will be defaulted.
