Announcement in Addition to
the Charter of the Courts of Justice, 127 RE

It is by the great royal command that the following is announced for general knowledge: The text of section 4 and section 12 of the Charter of the Courts of Justice contains certain errors. They shall be revised as follows, namely—

In section 4, the Foreign Court referred to in the last part should be the Court of Foreign Cases.

In section 12, the stipulations which shall be contained henceforth are: The Court of Foreign Cases shall have the power to try and adjudicate upon all cases as may be designated for an occasion by the Minister of Justice or [may be given the power to address] those and those cases also, for instance.^[1] It may be divided into two divisions or more than two divisions, such as into a foreign court and a court of foreign cases as previously practised.

Announced on the 9th day of July 128 Rattanakosin Era,^[2] being the 42nd year of the present reign, the 14,850th day of this present reign.
