And these are those who are forbidden to eat of the terumah:
One who says: 'I am impure to you'; and comes with witnesses who say she is impure, And one who says: 'I will not drink'; and the husband does not want to make her drink, And when the husband has cohabited with her on the way to the court.
How would he do this to her? He takes her to the Beit Din that is in that place, and two Torah scholars are appointed on him so that he does not cohabit with her on the way to the court.
Rabbi Yehudah says: the husband is believed in regards to her.
