Translation:Mishnah/Seder Nashim/Tractate Sotah/Chapter 4/2

And these do drink and did not receive ketubah. The one who says “I am defiled,” and that witnesses came to her that she was defiled, and the one who says “I will not drink.” Her husband says “I will not make her drink,” and that her husband came in unto her on the way, recieves her ketubah and she does not drink. Their husbands die until they do not drink, the house of Shammai says, they recieve ketubah and do not drink. And Bet Hillel says, they do not drink and they do not recieve ketubah.
