SO AS to restore law and order as quickly as possible, THE LEADER OF THE COUNCIL FOR DEMOCRATIC REFORM HEREBY ORDERS Wednesday, September 20, BE 2549 (2006), to be an official holiday and bank holiday, and FURTHER ORDERS the Stock Exchange of Thailand to be shut on such day.
