TITLE X — GENERAL PROVISIONS
Sec. 10001.[edit]
- No part of any appropriation contained in this Act shall remain available for obligation beyond the current fiscal year unless expressly so provided herein.
Sec. 10002.[edit]
- Amounts in this Act (other than in titles VI and VIII) are designated as emergency requirements and necessary to meet emergency needs pursuant to subsections (a) and (b) of section 204 of S.Con.Res. 21 (110th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2008.
