Further time given to the supervisor of Kentucky for the performance of certain duties.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the supervisor of the district of Kentucky, is hereby allowed the further time of three months, from the end of two years after the completion of the sales of lands within his district, for the payment of the direct tax, to perform the several duties enjoined by the fourth section of the act, intituled “An act further to amend the act, intituled An act to lay and collect a direct tax within the United States,” any thing in the said act to the contrary notwithstanding.
