Chap. CCXXIX.An Act for the erection of barracks, quarters, and store-houses, and the purchase of a site, in the vicinity of New Orleans.

Appropriation.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of one hundred and twelve thousand dollars, to be paid out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, be, and the same is hereby appropriated for the erection of barracks, quarters, and store-houses, and the purchase of a site, in the vicinity of New Orleans, for a garrison of four companies of United States’ troops.
