Chap. CLVI.An Act to authorize the sale of lots in the town of St. Mark’s, in Florida.

Register and receiver to sell.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the President of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized to direct the register and receiver of the Tallahassee land district to make sale, at public auction, of one-fourth of the lots in the town of St. Mark’s, in the territory of Florida, according to the plan of the surveyor general of said territory, as soon as practicable after the passage of this act, upon giving two months’ public notice of said sale.
