Chap. CXLVIII.—An Act relating to the Orphans’ Court of Alexandria county, in the District of Columbia.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,Pay of the Judge. That, from and after the passage of this act, the Secretary of the Treasury pay to the judge of the orphans’ court of Alexandria county, in the district of Columbia, in quarterly payments, out of any unappropriated money in the Treasury, the sum of one thousand dollars per annum, in lieu of all other compensation for his services ad judge of said court.
