Resident 43 years in China, of which 30 have been spent in Govt. service in Hongkong, mostly in Supreme Court; has held office of Sheriff and Registrar General, as well as other positions; is J.P., and commissioner appointed to take oaths, etc.; member of Hongkong Civil Service Board of Examiners.
