Indents

I think we have been overlooking the importance of the <period><mdash> at the end of each "break". Rather than try to explain, take a look at what I mean first:

By sticking to the above format for non-newly-inserted text (i.e. NOT for use with line(s) opened and closed with `` ...NEW.´´. for example) not only does it improve readibility but makes it possible for easier 'transcriptions' either by future wiki-templates or external application. If the above is followed, it does not matter if the sub-text is present in the language or not; it's the number of indents that matter.

Any main line, and the sub-text that may or may not exist for it, can hopefully by moved seemlessly up or down the 'branch' (be it automated or by manual copy/cut and pasting) in short.
