The order for the Days of Repentance	סדר עשרת ימי תשובה
602:1 Rem"a: We fast the day after Rosh Hashanah (Tur), and it is a public fast. We increase prayer and supplications on all of the days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Rem"a: We say Avinu Malkenu evenings and mornings except for on Shabbat (Tur). Even if there is a circumcision wherein we omit Tachanun, we still say Avinu Malkenu (Minhagim). Each day before dawn, we say the confessional three times, besides for the day before Yom Kippur when we say it only once (Rokeach). We do not excommunicate people nor do we have people testify in court until after Yom Kippur (Mahari"l). We do not sanctify the moon until the night after Yom Kippur. On the Shabbat between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, it is the custom to say Tzidkatcha tzedek [at Mincha].	סעיף א הגה ומתענים למחרת ראש השנה (טור) והוא תענית צבור בכל הימים שבין ראש השנה ליום הכפורים מרבים בתפלות ובתחנונים: הגה ואומרים אבינו מלכנו ערב ובוקר מלבד בשבת (טור) ואפילו אם יש מילה שאין אומרים תחנון אפ"ה אומרים אבינו מלכנו (מנהגים) ואומרים בכל יום ג"פ וידוי קודם עלות השחר מלבד בעי"כ שאין אומרים אותו אלא פעם אחד (רוקח) ואין נותנין חרם וכן אין משביעין אדם בב"ד עד אחר יום כפור (מהרי"ל) אין מקדשין הלבנה עד מוצאי יו"כ ושבת שבין ר"ה ליו"כ ) המנהג לומר בו צו"ץ:
