دفترخانهٔ ویکی‌نبشته جایی برای درمیان گذاشتن پرسش‌های همگانی، درخواست راهنمایی و یا گفتگو درباره چالش‌های گوناگون و مهم ویکی‌نبشته است.

• پرسش‌هایی درباره نوشتاری که وجود دارد است می باید برای نگهداری تاریخچه در صفحه گفتگوی آن نوشتار بیاید نه در دفترخانه، وگرنه دفترخانه آن پرسش را به صفحه گفتگوی آن نوشتار جابجا می‌کند.
• پرسش‌ها می باید در بخشی جدید با عنوانی واضح زیر نوشتارهایی که پیشتر در دفترخانه آمده به ترتیب روز و ماه و سال افزوده شوند.
• پاسخ‌ها در همان بخش و زیر همان پرسش نوشته می شود تا گفتگوها درباره یک موضوع پشت سرهم بیایند.

با سلام. کدام یک از نوشته های زیر را می توان در ویکی نبشته یا یکی از سایت های بنیاد ویکی مدیا (لطفاً در پاسخ نام سایت را نیز ذکر فرمایید) آپلود کرد؟ اگر در هر مورد این کار کاملاً ممنوع نیست و تحت شرایط خاصی مجاز می شود لطفاً شرایط را ذکر کنید:

• رساله مراجع تقلید. مثلاً آیت الله بهجت یا امام خمینی (ذکر لقب از جهت شهرت است، نه نقض بی طرفی).
• مقالۀ «آذربایجان صحبت می کند» چاپ 1324 تبریز.
• Violence against women, Austrailia says no، روی جلد پشت آن نوشته: با تصویب دولت استرالیا، کَپیتال هیل، کَنبِرا. نویسنده سناتور محترم اریک ابتز (Eric Abetz) وزیر ویژه داخلی، کانبرا. چاپ توسط PMP Print، کانبرا. این متن به زبان فارسی ترجمه شده و بدون ذکر نام مترجم به صورت فایل pdf توزیع شده. لذا به نظر می آید هم از دید دولت استرالیا و هم از دید مترجم در public domain است. ناشر نیز در مورد حق تکثیر گفته: Commonwealth of Australia 2004.

کاربر Bellavista1957 تلاش شما را برای ایجا تحریف در نوشتار مربوط به متن مذاکرات مجلس درک نمی کنم مذاکرات مجلس شورای ملی ۲۹ اردیبهشت ۱۳۳۲ نشست ۷۸ در متن اصلی مجلس مگر قسمتی از صورت جلسه بولد شده است که شما در اینجا ان را بولد می کنید. اینکه شما هر چیزی را که مطلوب خودتان است به دلیل دسترسی مدیریتی تغییر می دهید امری نادرست است . در مورد وصیت نامه محمد رضا شاه نیز قبلا صورت گرفته است ( در مورد این وصیت نامه کذایی و جعلی بودنش نگاه کنید به کتاب پس از سقوط نوشته احمدعلی مسعود انصاری ( پسر خاله فرح دیبا ) نشر موسسه مطالعات پژوهشهای سیاسی ۱۳۷۱ ص۱۹۲ الی ص ۱۹۳) . در مورد مذاکرات مجلس هم به هکذا. در هر مورد هم برای تایید خودتان می نویسید این موضوع پروژه ای بزرگ است . دقیقا به همین دلیل نباید متن را تحریف کنید . در باره تصحیح این اشتباه اقدام نمایید. رفتار شما در این دوگانه برخورد کردن تامل بر انگیز است . این که شما موضوعی و یا صفحه ای را درست کرده اید بنا بر مالکیت آن صفحه نمی شود .این موضوع جهت اطلاع سایر افراد در قهوه خانه و سوابق مربوطه هم درج می گردد.    I support permanent Adminship for Bellavista1957. Admin Bellavista 1957 has developed Wikisource Farsi as we see it now. I do not understand why nobody stops Americophile? In Wikipedia Farsi he has been blocked for six months because he was very aggressive and harassed other users and used numerous spare accounts, but here he can freely act. As far as contributions I see no activity as I wrote in voting in Nov/Dec 2011 for Bellavista, we need active users who contributes texts to Wikisource Farsi.    I am in favour of permanent Adminship of Bellavista1957. I am a victim of management of the Admin Pedram Salehpoor. He deleted all my contributions after upload: author page for Zarrinkoob, Dr Natel Khanlari , Shojaedin Shafa, Hooshang Moinzadeh, Bahram Chobineh, Ali Mirfetros, Dr Masoud Ansari, etc.. The text of Zarrinkoob, Two Centruy of silence is clearly in public domain, and is everywhere available on the Internet. This textbook deals with what a fiasco is Islam and how damaging was the invasion of Arabs to Iran. That is why Pedram Salehpoor has deleted this textbook taught in schools and universities in Iran before 1979. I read here that the community has decided that in Wikisource Farsi should be no permanent Adminship. I am also part of this community, and I did not decide anything. Americophile is attacking Bellavista1957 on this subject but not complaining about the fact that Pedram Salehpoor has permanent Adminship. Please note that according to the Iranian copyright law only 50 years after author's death, his/her work falls into public domain and Abdolhossei Zarrinkoob according to his Wikipedia article has died just 12 years ago, so Two Centuries of Silence is not in public domain. At first, we must consider if Bellavista1957 is eligible for adminship and then consider its duration, either to be temporary or permanent, that is against former consensus.

Considering his distortion of "National Consultative Assembly debates" and his insistence to change the historical documents.

Considering what happened on "Mohammead Reza Pahlavi's will"

Blocking User:Americophile while he was an involved admin himself.

His shortcoming in technical issues considering what happened during User:Reza1657 RfA.

Deleting other users writings and his insistence on it.

We must doubt if he is eligible to be a temporary admin.

• ۲. قطعاً مخالف متأسفانه بلاویستا در مدت تقریبا چهار ماهی که مدیر بود تخلفات فاحشی انجام داد که به تفصیل به بیان آنها خواهم پرداخت.
• در ویکی‌نبشتهٔ فارسی پروسهٔ پروف ریدینگ انجام نمی‌گیرد (پروف ریدینگ به معنای انطباق دادن خط به خط منبع اصلی با آنچه در ویکی‌نبشته می‌آید است و توسط دو نفر انجام می‌گیرد) لذا هیچ یک از مقالات را نمی‌توان در سطح مدیر و بی‌پایان حفاظت کرد. منتها بلاویستا هرگاه با کاربری اختلاف محتوایی پیدا می‌کرد به سرعت مقاله را قفل می‌کرد که قابل قبول نیست (برگرداندن ویرایش من و سپس قفل کردن نوشتار). بلاویستا باید در مورد تک تک صفحاتی که بدون ذکر دلیل قفل کرده‌است جوابگو باشد [۲].
• بلاویستا چهار بار اقدام به بستن کاربران کرده‌است که سه مورد آن کاملا بحث برانگیز است. مرتبهٔ اول ایشان کاربر:Reza1615 را به دلیل «تصمیمات و تغییرات در سیستم بدون مشاوره با مدیر» بسته‌است که به هیچ وجه دلیل نمی‌شود. مرتبهٔ دوم ایشان کاربر:Rezabot را به دلیل خوشامدگویی بی‌پایان بسته‌است (بستن ربات مجوز دار). مرتبهٔ سوم ایشان مرا برای شش ماه قطع دسترسی نمودند که هیچ گاه دلیلش بر من روشن نشد.
• رفتار بسیار زشت دیگر ایشان تحریف کردن نوشتارهای مذاکرات مجلس شورای ملی است به نحوی که هر جا سخنی «ضد مصدق» رفته آن‌جا را ضخیم کرده‌اند و در برابر اصلاح این تحریفات نیز مقاومت نموده و دلیل آن را پژوهش شخصی اعلام کرده ([۳] [۴] [۵]) که نشان از استفادهٔ شخصی از امکانات بنیاد است که قابل قبول نیست.
• متأسفانه بلاویستا به قانون حق تکثیر ایران احاطه ندارد. چندی پیش «دو قرن سکوت» عبدالحسین زرین‌کوب در این وبگاه بارگذاری شده‌بود که مشخصا دارای حق تکثیر است ولی بلاویستا از بودن این اثر بر روی وبگاه پشتیبانی می‌کرد که خوشبختانه در نهایت با هوشیاری کاربر:Pedram.salehpoor حذف شد [۶].
• حمله‌های شخصی ایشان به من، رضا۱۶۱۵، هوتن دولتی و حجت در جای جای این دانشنامه و حتی جاهای دیگر مانند متا موجود است که پیوند برخی از آن‌ها ([۷] [۸] [۹]) از این قرار است AMERICOPHILE ‏۸ ژانویهٔ ۲۰۱۲، ساعت ۱۷:۰۱ (UTC)

Unfortunately User:Bellavista1957 has been clearly in breach of the policies and guidelines of Persian Wikisource. I will do my best to explain why I oppose to his admin right in detail.

On Persian Wikisource, we do not proofread the works, so none of them can be fully protected for an indefinite period of time (I'm not talking about high-risk templates or archived pages, but about works which have not been proofread). Unfortunately User:Bellavista1957 has applied lots of indefinite full protection to the pages which were not subject to heavy and persistent vandalism. He has protected lots of pages to prevent non-admin users from editing them while he has been an involved admin himself and this is not acceptable at all (undoing my edit and then protecting the page). Bellavista1957 must provide a reason for each of his protection logs [۱۰].
User:Bellavista1957 has blocked 4 users and 3 of them are completely controversial. Firstly, he has blocked User:Reza1615 due to "decides and changes in the system without counseling to an admin" which is, frankly, ridiculous. Secondly, he has blocked User:Rezabot indefinitely due to "giving welcome" to new users (Rezabot has the approval of the community and is flagged globally). Lastly, He has blocked me for six months without providing a reason which is still unclear why he blocked me for a duration of 6 months on my first block (Luckily User:Mardetanha unblocked me within a few hours). block logs in English using Google translator
Bellavista1957 distorts the historical documents of "National Consultative Assembly" debates through making the anti-Mosaddegh statements bold in favor of monarchists which is an obvious breach of the neutral point of view policy. He resists improving them and argues that these modifications are because of "personal investigations" that is not accpetable ([۱۱], [۱۲], [۱۳]).
Unfortunately Bellavista1957 has no knowledge about the Iranian copyright law. Recently, a user uploaded Two Centuries of Silence by Abdolhossein Zarrinkoub which is obviously protected by copyright but Bellavista1957 refrained from deleting it. Fortunately User:Pedram.salehpoor deleted the book.

Personal attacks and unfounded accusations against me, User:Reza1615, User:Hootandolati, and User:Huji by User:Bellavista can be seen everywhere on this projects (and even on other projects such as Metawiki) ([۱۴] [۱۵] [۱۶]). AMERICOPHILE ‏۱۱ ژانویهٔ ۲۰۱۲، ساعت ۱۸:۴۵ (UTC)

• ۳. مخالف من هم بدلایل کاربران دیگر که بالاتر اشاره شد به شدت مخالفم. ایشان جهت گیری بسیار شدید سیاسی به نفع دودمان پهلوی دارد و این میزان گرایش سیاسی برای مدیریت در ویکی زیانبار است. ویرایشات ایشان در ویکی پدیا و هم گویای زیر پا گذاشتن قوانی در راستای دفاع از گرایشات سیاسی است. ایشان گذشته از عدم تسلط بر قوانین ، علاقه ای هم به اجرای آن هنگامیکه عشق و علاقه به دودمان پهلوی به میان آید ندارند. اضافه می کنم که مواردی از نقض نزاکت نیز در ویرایشات ایشان خصوصا در برابر کاربران دیگر ندارند که در صفحه بحث ایشان موجود است.در مجموع ایشان فاصله فراوانی بااستاندار های مدیریت در ویکی دارند.Aghesna ‏۱۲ ژانویهٔ ۲۰۱۲، ساعت ۱۷:۳۳ (UTC)

I strongly oppose to Bellavista1957 adminship due to the above mentioned arguments. He has a strong orientation towards Pahlavi dynasty and such a strong orientation is definitely damaging to adminship on a wiki (a collaborative project). His contributions on Persian Wikipedia also shows his tendency to ignore rules in order to support his political orientations. In addition to his lack of expertise in policies and guidelines, he shows no interest to apply them when the issue is about Pahlavi dynasty. Furthermore, there are lots of incivility in his edits, especially on his talkpage that still can be found there. Overall, he is far from the ideal standards of Wikisource adminship.

• ۴. قطعاً مخالف کاربر ‌Bellavista1957 قانون‌مدار نیست و قانون‌گریز است. در بحث‌ها پایه را بر عصبانیت می‌گذارد و سعی می‌کند از موضعی «بالا» به دیگران کاربران نگاه کند. گرایش‌های سیاسی برای او نقش تعیین‌کننده دارد نه گرایش به قانونمدار کردن و پیشبرد واقعی این پروژه. I strongly oppose to Bellavista1957 adminship. He does not follow the rules and regulations at all and is, in fact, against implementing accepted rules. He has a patronizing attitude towards other users and starts any discussion with anger. His political activities are the sole important issue for him and he sees this project as nothing more than a tool for that aim. (He also wrongly calls this project Wikisource "farsi" instead of Wicisource Persian.)

• Better timezone recognition in user preferences.
• Improved diff readability for colorblind people.

Wsexport: an automatic export tool for Wikisource

An export tool for Wikisource books, Wsexport, is currently in active development. It is a tool for exporting Wikisource's texts in EPUB, ODT and other file formats. It was created for French Wikisource, but it's also available for the other Wikisource subdomains. It can be used directly from its page on Toolserver.org (for texts in all languages, use "www" for oldwikisource), or browsing http://wsexport.fr.nf (currently only for French Wikisource's texts).

In order to work, the tool need some configuration from your Wikisource subdomain, This page explains how to do it. Currently French, Italian, English, and German Wikisource does it.

ممنوعیت بارگذاری تصاویر در ویکی‌نبشته

از آنجا که محتواهای موجود در ویکی‌نبشته باید یا در مالکیت عموم باشند و یا محتوای آزاد (استفاده منصفانه به هیچ وجه در ویکی‌نبشته جایی ندارد)، پیشنهاد می‌کنم بارگذاری تصاویر در ویکی‌نبشته ممنوع شود و تمامی پرونده‌ها در ویکی‌انبار بارگذاری شوند. این اقدام چندین حسن دارد از جمله آنکه:

• امکان نقض حق تکثیر در نبشته به حداقل می‌رسد (نگاهی به ویکی‌نسک بیندازید تا ببینید که آن پروژه چگونه از هم متلاشی شده و چه نقض حق تکثیرهایی در آن به چشم می‌خورد).
• تصاویر بارگذاری شده در تمامی پروژه‌ها قابل استفاده خواهند بود و نه فقط در ویکی‌نبشته.

خوشبختانه اکثر پرونده‌هایی که در نبشته مورد استفاده قرار گرفته‌اند را بلاویستا در انبار بارگذاری کرده بود و تنها هفت تصویر در خود نبشته بارگذاری شده بود که یا حذف شدند و یا به انبار منتقل شدند. به نظر می‌رسد هم‌اکنون موقعیت مناسبی‌است تا برای همیشه نبشته را از خطر نقض حق تکثیر تصاویر مصون بداریم. هنوز آب از سر نگذشته و به نقطه‌ای غیر قابل بازگشت نرسیده‌ایم. من مشکلی در این کار نمی‌بینم. در اینجا چند نکته دیگر را هم می‌خواستم بگویم که پیش از این بر آنها توافق شده بود تا اگر نظری هست اعمال شود.

• صفحه پدیدآورندگانی که در ویکی‌نبشته اثری ندارند حذف شود (صفحات پدیدآورندگان در محدوده ویکی‌نبشته نیست و فقط برای ارائه اطلاعات اضافه در زمینه اثر وجود دارند و در صورت نبود اثر وجود آنها تقریبا بی معناست.)
• یک پیشنهاد دیگر عدم امکان ایجاد صفحه جدید توسط IP است. تاکنون بندرت کاربران گمنام توانستند صفحه درستی ایجاد کنند که نیاز به حذف نداشته باشد.

ویکی‌نبشته:سیاست دسترسی محدود

من ون:محدود را از روی نسخهٔ انگلیسی‌اش ترجمه کردم و مایلم در این باره چند نکته را به سمع و نظر جامعه برسانم. طبق سنت دیرین پروژه‌های فارسی‌زبان که سیاست‌ها و رهنمودهایشان عاریت گرفته شده از نسخه‌های معادل انگلیسی‌است، اغلب محتوای این صفحه نیز از روی نسخهٔ مشابه انگلیسی ترجمه شده‌است ولی چند تفاوت محسوس، اساسی و سرنوشت‌ساز ;-) نسبت به نسخه‌های انگلیسی دارند که البته چکیدهٔ اجماع‌های درونی جامعه است! مایلم برای آنکه در آینده مشکلاتی از قبیل "I have no idea if it's a kind of consensus or not" پیش نیاید اگر مخالفتی در سطح جامعه هست همین حالا مشخص شود تا روی آن بحث شود.

• در ویکی‌نبشتهٔ انگلیسی روالی به نام "Votes_of_confidence" وجود دارد که ما اینجا نداریمش. چکیدهٔ آن روال آن است که مدیران سالی یک بار باید از فیلتر تأییده گرفتن از اکثریت ساده (نصف+۱) بگذرند. این بند از سیاست از سیاست بومی ما حذف شده‌است.
• در ویکی‌نبشتهٔ انگلیسی مدیر غیرفعال به مدیری اطلاق می‌شود که در چهار ماه گذشته فعالیت نداشته باشد که ما در نبشتهٔ فارسی طبق این اجماع افزایشش دادیم به یک سال و این موضوع در متن بومی ون:محدود انعکاس یافته‌است.
• در نبشتهٔ فارسی طبق این اجماع اعطای دسترسی دائم مدیریت ممنوع گشت. از چنین سیاست یا خط مشی‌ای در نبشتهٔ انگلیسی خبری نیست ولی ما اینجا داریمش و در متن سیاست ون:محدود نیز گنجانده شد.

از جامعه می‌خواهم اگر مخالفتی با این تغییرات هست همین حالا اعلام کنند و اگر مخالفتی نیست که دوباره بر روی اجماع‌های پیشین صحه گذارده خواهد شد. سپاسگزارم. AMERICOPHILE ‏۱۷ فوریهٔ ۲۰۱۲، ساعت ۲۱:۴۸ (UTC)

به نظر منطقی است، فقط بد نیست مورد سوم (ممنوعیت دسترسی دائم) کمی روشن شود که تا چه زمان دسترسی دائم اعطا نمی‌شود. به نظر من در هنگام درخواست مدیریت، کاربران می‌توانند نظر دهند که مدیریت برای مدت زمانی خاص باشند، تا اینکه بخواهیم آن را در سیاست وارد کنیم. ●مـهـران ^گفتمان● ‏۲۱ فوریهٔ ۲۰۱۲، ساعت ۰۴:۳۱ (UTC)

حقیقتاً جواب سؤال روشن است. مورد سوم تا زمانی ادامه خواهد یافت که جامعه آن قدر رشد کرده باشد که خیر و صلاح خودش را به درستی تشخیص دهد. آن زمان جامعه این تصمیم امروز ما را باطل خواهد کرد و ساز و کار جدیدی را معرفی خواهد نمود. جامعه‌های کوچک به پشتیبانی و حمایت جامعه‌های بزرگ‌تر نیاز دارند. ویکی‌پدیای انگلیسی آن قدر جامعهٔ رشدیافته و پیشرفته‌ای شده که دیگر هیچ نیازی به فراویکی نداشته باشد و این را ویکی‌بدان نیز فهمیده‌اند و از دخالت در آن جامعه خودداری می‌کنند؛ ولی جوامع کوچک‌تر و جوامع خیلی خیلی کوچک (مثل ویکی‌نبشتهٔ فارسی) نیاز به پشتیبانی دارند. گاهی مسائل آن‌قدر پیچیده و بغرنج می‌شود که راهی جز تصمیم‌گیری از بیرون جامعه چاره‌ساز نخواهد شد. حقیقتاً من نگران پروژه‌های کوچک فارسی زبان هستم؛ نمی‌خواهم ویکی‌نبشتهٔ فارسی به وضع بسیار اسفناک ویکی‌نسک فارسی دچار شود. نمی‌خواهم به هنگامی که هنوز جامعه به معنای واقعی کلمه در این پروژه‌ها شکل نگرفته، مدیرانی دائمی و مادام‌العمر برایشان انتخاب گردند. بگذاریم این مدیران دائمی را خود جامعه (بعد از شکل‌گیری به معنای واقعی کلمه؛ بعد از بلوغ) انتخاب کنند. من در زمینه حمایت جامعه‌های بزرگتر چندان موافق نیستم چرا که در طول این چند سالی که در این پروژه بوده‌ام بارها دیده‌ام که برخوردهای نه چندان مناسب در ویکیپدیا که قطعا جامعه بزرگتری است به این جا کشیده شده است و باعث برخوردهای ویرایشی شده است. هدف من در این مدت آرام نگاه داشتن و دوری از هر گونه نزاع ویرایشی در این محل و اجرا نمودن کامل حق نشر در اینجا بوده است. بعصی از دوستان پیش از این تلاشهای زیادی کرده و تقریبا تمام نوشتارهای دچار مشکل حق نشر را نابود کرده‌ایم. جوامع بزرگتر مشکلات خود را دارند و این مشکلات به شدت مسری هستند.Pedram.salehpoor ‏۲۲ فوریهٔ ۲۰۱۲، ساعت ۱۴:۵۳ (UTC)

حرف شما کاملاً صحیح است. ویکی‌نبشته جدا از ویکی‌پدیاست و نباید بگذاریم متأثر از ویکی‌پدیا شود. در این زمینه ویکی‌نبشته موقعیت به مراتب بهتری نسبت به سایر پروژه‌های خواهر دارد. در سایر پروژه‌ها بالاخص در ویکی‌خبر سیاست‌ها از ویکی‌پدیا کپی/پیست شده‌اند (آن بنده خدایی هم که کپی/پیست کرده اصلا متوجه نشده که اولاً: مطالب ویکی‌پدیا تحت مجوز CC BY-SA 3.0 منتشر می‌شوند حال آنکه مطالب ویکی‌خبر تحت مجوز CC BY 2.5 و این یعنی نقض حق تکثیر، زیرا رعایت یکی از شروط یعنی Share-alike عملاً امکان‌پذیر نیست. ثانیاً ویکی‌خبر بایدها و نبایدهایی مختص به خود دارد که الزاماً با بایدها و نبایدهای ویکی‌پدیا همخوانی ندارند!) حال آنکه ما در اینجا سعی داشته‌ایم ویکی‌نبشتهٔ انگلیسی را الگو قرار دهیم. منتها منظور من این نبود که تمامی زحمات را کاربران نبشته بکشند و به گاهِ تصمیمات مهم و سرنوشت‌ساز گروهی از ویکی‌پدین‌ها سر برسند و با زبان چرب و نرم خود اوضاع را به نفع خود تغییر دهند. منظور من به هیچ وجه این نبود. اتفاقاً منظور من عکس این بود، یعنی بنشینیم و به کمک خِرَد جمعی سیاست‌هایی متناسب نبشته تصویب کنیم تا جامعه را از گزند ویکی‌پدین‌ها و سایر خطرات برهانیم. مهم‌ترین واقعیت این است که پروژه‌های کوچک خسته‌کننده‌تر هستند، احتمال جذب شدن به آن‌ها کمتر است و ماهیت خود نبشته هم با توجه به نبود آزادی در ویرایش (تا به این حد که حتی اگر اشتباه تایپی نیز در اسناد رخ داده باشد ما نیز باید همان اشتباه را تکرار کنیم) بیشتر، کاربران را دفع می‌کند؛ نتیجه‌اش این می‌شود که کاربر مقداری ویرایش می‌کند، سپس مدیر می‌شود و اندکی بعد هم یا پروژه را به حال خود وا می‌گذارد یا به فساد و دیکتاتوری می‌کشاند. در ویکی‌نبشته احتمال بروز چنین روندی بسیار بالاتر از ویکی‌پدیاست (با توجه به ماهیتش). در ویکی‌نبشتهٔ انگلیسی برای رفع چنین مشکلی دو چاره اندیشیده‌اند، اولی؛ کاهش دادن مدتی که در صورت عدم فعالیت، مدیر غیر فعال محسوب می‌شود از یک سال که معمول ویکی‌پدیاست به چهار ماه برای رفع معضل واگذاشتن پروژه به حال خود. دومی؛ تأییده گرفتن سالیانه برای رهانیدن پروژه از فساد و دیکتاتوری. ما در نبشتهٔ فارسی هیچ یک از این دستاویزها را نداریم لذا مجبوریم برای نگهداری از پروژه به عاملی دیگر تمسک بجوییم و آن عامل، ممانعت از مدیریت مادام‌العمر است. قرار نیست این سیاست بر روی پدرام صالح پور یا مردتنها اثر بگذارد زیرا آن‌ها پیش از اجماع بر روی این سیاست مدیر شده‌اند. این سیاست تنها برای اثرگذاری بر روی آیندهٔ ویکی‌نبشته تصویب خواهد شد. تنظیم پالایه و ابزارهای جدید

من در بحث مردتنها درخواست داده بودم تا پالایه خرابکاری اینجا را تنظیم کنم که پدرام گفت باید اینجا بیان کنم موارد مورد نظر من کلی هستند من این موارد را در ویکی‌واژه و ویکی‌نسک هم فعال کردم

1. هشدار برای حذف همهٔ رده‌ها به کاربر(هشدار و برچسب)
2. امضا در مقالات(جلوگیری)
3. خالی کردن صفحات(هشدار و برچسب)
4. افزودن نشانی رایانامه(@ برای ایمیل) به مقاله‌ها(جلوگیری)
5. جلوگیری از عنوان مقاله با حروف، عدد های عربی(جلوگیری)
6. اخطار در هنگام افزودن پیوند وب‌نوشت‌ها (وبلاگ)
7. افزودن متن غیر فارسی(هشدار برای متن لاتین بیش از حجم معین)
8. هشدار درباره متن دارای نویسهٔ غلط (عربی)(جلوگیری)
9. فحاشی در صفحه(جلوگیری برای صفحهٔ کاربری و بحث‌ها)
10. فحاشی در خلاصه ویرایش(جلوگیری)

همچنین تعدادی از ابزارها برای اینجا لازم است و خیلی می‌تواند کارها را سرعت بخشد مانند

• w:وپ:رده انبوه
• w:ویکی‌پدیا:ابزار تذکر به کاربر جدید (نیاز به بومی‌سازی پیام‌ها دارد)
• w:وپ:ابرابزار
• نمایش معنی واژه با استفاده از ویکی‌واژه
• پررنگ کنندهٔ اشتباهات املایی رایج در زبان فارسی (می‌توانید غلط‌های املایی رایج را به صورت بومی اینجا، به آن بیافزائید)
• تمام صفحه کردن (Full Screen) محیط ویکی‌نبشته
• آمار تعداد مشارکت کاربرها در صفحه

از نظر من در مورد پالایه‌ها، «جلوگیری از عنوان مقاله با حروف، عددهای عربی (جلوگیری)» و «هشدار درباره متن دارای نویسهٔ غلط (عربی)(جلوگیری)» به ماهیت نبشته نمی‌آیند. در اینجا کسی حق دخل و تصرف در اصل متن را ندارد، حتی اگر عربی نوشته شده باشد.

در مورد ابزارها، «رده انبوده» به کار نبشته اصلاً نمی‌آید. رده‌گذاری در نبشته عمدتاً خودکار و توسط الگوهای سرصفحه انجام می‌گیرد. در حال حاضر نیز رده‌هایی چون «رده:آثار حافظ» و امثالهم موجود است که باید حذف شوند چون نبشته فضای نام «پدیدآورنده» را دارد که عملاً همان وظیفه را انجام می‌دهد.

«ابزار تذکر به کاربر»، هنوز وضعیت پیغام‌ها و هشدارها در نبشته به سطح مطلوبی نرسیده، اینکه شما می‌گویید نیاز به بومی‌سازی دارد اگر منظورتان این است که همان پیغام‌های ویکی‌پدیا را در اینجا کپی‌پیست کنیم و فقط «ویکی‌پدیا» را به «ویکی‌نبشته» تغییر دهیم که من مخالفم زیرا نتیجه‌اش می‌شود چیزی شبیه n:وخ:ارزش (خنده‌دار است، نه؟ در ویکی‌خبر صحبت از ناپسند بودن «ارزش دادن ناروا» به یک مطلب شود!)

با به‌روزرسانی ابرابزار موافقم (اگر در متن اصلی «میدارم» نوشته شده باشد ما موظفیم که آن را به همین شکل بنویسیم و نه به شکل «می‌دارم»، به همین دلیل دو دلم؛ ولی مسیولیتش بماند پای استفاده‌کننده‌اش :-)

باز به همان دلایل ذکرشده، نسبت به «پررنگ کنندهٔ اشتباهات املایی رایج در زبان فارسی» نظر مساعدی ندارم.

سلام. هدف ویکی‌نبشته گردآوری اصل متون آزاد می‌باشد، لذا برخلاف ویکی‌پدیا بازنویسی متون امری مذموم تلقی می‌شود و باید به اصل متن وفادار ماند. با این وجود رعایت حق تکثیر در ویکی‌نبشته الزامی‌است و از این روی تنها مجاز به گردآوری آثار آزاد (که حق تکثیرشان منقضی شده و یا پدیدآور آن را تحت مجوزی آزاد منتشر کرده) هستیم. انتخاب کپی/پیست کردن یا دستی تایپ نمودن متن با خود شماست، مهم پای‌بندی به دو نکته‌ای‌است که پیشتر اشاره کردم (وجوب رعایت حق تکثیر و وفاداری به اصل متن). Update on IPv6

The Wikimedia Foundation is planning to do limited testing of IPv6 on June 2-3. If there are not too many problems, we may fully enable IPv6 on World IPv6 day (June 6), and keep it enabled.

What this means for your project:

• At least on June 2-3, 2012, you may see a small number of edits from IPv6 addresses, which are in the form "2001:0db8:85a3:0000:0000:8a2e:0370:7334". See e.g. w:en:IPv6 address. These addresses should behave like any other IP address: You can leave messages on their talk pages; you can track their contributions; you can block them. (See the full version of this announcement for notes on range blocks.)

• In the mid term, some user scripts and tools will need to be adapted for IPv6.

• We suspect that IPv6 usage is going to be very low initially, meaning that abuse should be manageable, and we will assist in the monitoring of the situation.

Help decide about more than $10 million of Wikimedia donations in the coming year

As many of you are aware, the Wikimedia Board of Trustees recently initiated important changes in the way that money is being distributed within the Wikimedia movement. As part of this, a new community-led "Funds Dissemination Committee" (FDC) is currently being set up. Already in 2012-13, its recommendations will guide the decisions about the distribution of over 10 million US dollars among the Foundation, chapters and other eligible entities.

Now, seven capable, knowledgeable and trustworthy community members are sought to volunteer on the initial Funds Dissemination Committee. It is expected to take up its work in September. In addition, a community member is sought to be the Ombudsperson for the FDC process. If you are interested in joining the committee, read the call for volunteers. Nominations are planned to close on August 15.

Wikidata is getting close to a first roll-out

As some of you might already have heard Wikimedia Deutschland is working on a new Wikimedia project. It is called m:Wikidata. The goal of Wikidata is to become a central data repository for the Wikipedias, its sister projects and the world. In the future it will hold data like the number of inhabitants of a country, the date of birth of a famous person or the length of a river. These can then be used in all Wikimedia projects and outside of them.

The project is divided into three phases and "we are getting close to roll-out the first phase". The phases are:

1. language links in the Wikipedias (making it possible to store the links between the language editions of an article just once in Wikidata instead of in each linked article)
2. infoboxes (making it possible to store the data that is currently in infoboxes in one central place and share the data)
3. lists (making it possible to create lists and similar things based on queries to Wikidata so they update automatically when new data is added or modified)

It'd be great if you could join us, test the demo version, provide feedback and take part in the development of Wikidata. You can find all the relevant information including an FAQ and sign-up links for our on-wiki newsletter on the Wikidata page on Meta.

The Wikimedia Foundation's Fundraising team have begun our 'User Experience' project, with the goal of understanding the donation experience in different countries outside the USA and enhancing the localization of our donation pages. I am searching for volunteers to spend 30 minutes on a Skype chat with me, reviewing their own country's donation pages. It will be done on a 'usability' format (I will ask you to read the text and go through the donation flow) and will be asking your feedback in the meanwhile.

The only pre-requisite is for the volunteer to actually live in the country and to have access to at least one donation method that we offer for that country (mainly credit/debit card, but also real-time banking like IDEAL, E-wallets, etc...) so we can do a live test and see if the donation goes through. All volunteers will be reimbursed of the donations that eventually succeed (and they will be low amounts, like 1-2 dollars)

We have talked to many different people in different countries and their feedback has helped us immensely in restructuring our pages. If you haven't heard of it yet, the 'User Experience' project has the goal of understanding the donation experience in different countries (outside the USA) and enhancing the localization of our donation pages.

با درود فراوان. من مدخلی برای پدید آورنده چند کتاب بنام «سید ابوالفضل برقعی قمی» ویک صفحه راجع به کتاب مشهور وی یعنی «تضاد مفاتیح‌الجنان با آیات قرآن» درست کرده بودم که یک از مدیران هردو را حذف کردند. سؤال اینست که با توجه به اینکه هردو عنوان در ویکی پدیا صفحه اختصاصی دارند و این کتاب بیش از سی سال پیش نوشته شده و در اینترنت بطور آزاد برای کپی گذاشته شده و جزء کتب ممنوع چاپ در ایران است، ومن داشتم مسله کپی را حل می کردم علت حذف آن چیست؟--Hedayat2012 (بحث) ‏۲۶ فوریهٔ ۲۰۱۳، ساعت ۱۲:۱۱ (UTC)

درود بر شما معیار قرار گرفتن کتاب نوشته شدن بیش از سی سال آن نیست. طبق قوانین جدید نشر در ایران باید پنجاه سال از مرگ نویسنده گذشته باشد تا کتابی در دسترس عموم قرار گیرد و حتی اگر اینترنت به صورت آزادانه موجود باشد به معنای لغو حق نشر آن برای نویسنده یا بازماندگان نویسنده آن اثر نیست. در صورتی که این کتاب واقعا در دسترس عموم قرار گرفته است مدارک کافی در این زمینه ارائه نمایید و در این صورت می‌توانید کتاب را قرار دهید. و حتما منبعی هم برای این کار ذکر کنید. با تشکر از همکاری شما. با عرض درود . کجا و با چه کسی میتونم در باره ی تخلف یکی از کاربران صحبت بکنم ؟ متاسفانه یکی از کاربران به صورت مداوم داره در صفحه ی [۱۷] اعمال سلیقه شخصی میکنه .[۱۸] این عمل کاملا خلاف قوانین هست . موردی هم که بنده و یه آی پی ناشناس به اون اعتراض داشتیم این بود که چرا تو تیتر اون صفحه امام خمینی خطاب قرار داده شده (که این کاملا خلاف قوانین هست و ویکی با این کارش داره عملا حقوق من بی خدا رو نادیده می گیره و سیاست بی طرف ماندنش خدشه دار می شه) . در حالی که نام این شخص روح الله خمینی هست . نه امام . اگر از نگاه مشهوریت و شناخته شدگی به قضیه بخواییم به قضیه نگاه بکنیم .باز هم موضع غیرمنطقی شخص حذف کننده رو درپی داره چون باید صفحات مربوط به ادلف هیتلر رو هم پیشوا هیتلر و حسین بن علی رو هم اباعبدالله و سید علی خامنه ای رو هم به امام خامنه ای و محمدرضا شاه پهلوی رو به آریامهر و کلا هرکسی رو به چیزی که مشهور هست صدا بکنیم نه اسم حقیقی اون (که این کاملا مزخرف و غیر منطقی هستش). من متوجه نیستم چه اجباری هست. کسایی که کوچکترین توانایی در برخورد با دیدگاه مخالف ندارن ، میخوان تو یه محیط آزاد مثل ویکی فعالیت بکنن و این محیط رو هم به محیط تک صدایی و سانسور شده تبدیل بکنند. رویکرد منطقی برای ویکی میتونه این باشه که تیتر صفحه رو تغییر به "سخنرانی سید روح الله خمینی در بهشت زهرا" بده و یک ارجاع هم برای جستوجوی "سخنرانی امام خمینی در بهشت زهرا" به اون صفحه داده بشه . There is a new request for comment on Meta-Wiki concerning the removal of administrative rights from long-term inactive Wikimedians. Generally, this proposal from stewards would apply to wikis without an administrators' review process.

We are also compiling a list of projects with procedures for removing inactive administrators on the talk page of the request for comment. Feel free to add your project(s) to the list if you have a policy on administrator inactivity.

All input is appreciated. The discussion may close as soon as 21 May 2013 (2013-05-21), but this will be extended if needed.

Wikisource vision development: News April 2013

Dear Wikisourcerors, it has been almost a month since we have started with the Elaborate Wikisource strategic vision grant and we would like to share some news with you:

• The Wikisource vision development pages are open to discussion. Specially important: what do you think of creating together an international Wikisource User Group?
• In case some Wikisources want to use Wikidata to store book metadata and share it with Commons, we have started Wikidata:Books task force to decide which properties are needed. We think it's very important to discuss book metadata there, both for Wikisource and for all other projects.
• We also started some relevant Requests for Comments for Wikisource:
  • Interproject links interface: how can we improve sister projects visibility?
  • Musical score transcription project proposal: now that Extension:Score allows musical scores both in Wikipedia and in Wikisource (example 1, example 2), we need to define where we want music sheets to be hosted.
• We are following and promoting a Google Summer of Code project for Wikisource: Improve support for book structures. We are also helping to convert the UploadWizard customisation for books proposal into another GSoC.
• First contacts have been initiated with Open Library, Internet Archive and Open Knowledge Foundation for possible partnerships. Please check out this page.

And that's it for now! During the month of May, we (Aubrey and Micru) would like to organize at least one Skype or Google Hangout meeting for the users of each one of the 10 biggest wikisources plus another one or two for the other languages (depending on interest). We want to know your opinion on what Wikisource should become in the next years.

The default position of the "edit" link in page section headers is going to change soon. The "edit" link will be positioned adjacent to the page header text rather than floating opposite it.

Section edit links will be to the immediate right of section titles, instead of on the far right. If you're an editor of one of the wikis which already implemented this change, nothing will substantially change for you; however, scripts and gadgets depending on the previous implementation of section edit links will have to be adjusted to continue working; however, nothing else should break even if they are not updated in time.

Ideas to do this all the way to 2009 at least. It is often difficult to track which of several potential section edit links on the far right is associated with the correct section, and many readers and anonymous or new editors may even be failing to notice section edit links at all, since they read section titles, which are far away from the links.

منبع برای ترانه ها و تصنیف ها

درود. چند سوال در مورد اضافه کردن متن ترانه ها و تصنیف ها دارم که اگر دوستان باتجربه تر مرا راهنمایی کنند ممنون میشوم.
 • می خواهم بدانم برای متن ترانه ها حتما باید منبع داده شود؟ یعنی اگر منبع نباشد حذف میشود یا مثل ویکیپدیا میتوان متن را نوشت تا بعدا فرد دیگری با اضافه کردن منبع آن را کامل کند؟
 • منبع حتما باید کتاب چاپ شده باشد یا اگر به فایل موسیقی هم در سایت دیگر (مثلا ویکی صدا ) لینک داده شود کافی است؟
 • گاهی قسمتهایی از یک ترانه توسط خواننده تکرار می شود (که در شعر این طور نبوده) در اینجا باید چه کرد؟
 • در نهایت می خواهم قالب متن شعر را به شکل شعر نو در چند خط که هر خط تو رفتگی بیشتری نسبت به خط پیشین دارد بنویسم در «دل دیوانه» تلاش ناموفقی داشته ام می توانید قسمتی از متن را اصلاح کنید تا من یاد بگیرم.

سلام. ویکی‌نبشته راهبردی دارد که متأسفانه علی‌رغم این که همه آن را قبول دارند ولی تا به حال خیلی مد نظر گرفته نشده و آن هم این مسأله است که منبع‌دهی به کتب یا اسنادی که منتشر شده باشند امری ضروری است. با این حال من و آقای صالح‌پور روندی را شروع کرده‌ایم تا حداقل در مرحله‌ی اول آثاری را که مغایر حق تکثیر هستند حذف کنیم بعد از آن به دیگر مسائل بپردازیم. لذا شما هم حتماً در وهله‌ی نخست مراقب باشید که اثرتان بنابر ون:موارد مغایر حق تکثیر مشمول حذف نباشد. سپس حتماً سعی کنید اثر را به یک نمونه‌ی منتشرشده‌ی معتبر ارجاع دهید. اگر از آزاد بودن حق تکثیر اطمینان حاصل کردید می‌توانید آن را حتی بدون منبع هم قرار دهید تا شاید خودتان یا دیگران در آینده به یک منبع درست ارجاع دهید. ۲. بله منبع باید چاپ شده باشد یا یک صفحه‌ی معتبر اینترنتی باشد. مثلاً یک وبلاگ نباشد. در مورد این که آیا خودتان می‌توانید متن ترانه را پیاده کنید به شخصه این مسأله را به صلاح نمی‌دانم و بعید می‌دانم چنین روشی در دیگر ویکی‌نبشته‌ها هم جریان داشته باشد چون از اعتبار کار کم می‌کند. ۳. به نظرم لازم نیست بخش‌های تکرارشونده در اجرا را در متن ترانه تکرار کرد. ضمن این که اگر دارید از یک منبع متن را می‌آورید نباید تغییری در آن بدهید. ۴. با استفاده از دونقطه می‌توانید تورفتگی را تا هر اندازه که خواستید اعمال کنید. یوسف (بحث) ‏۱۰ مهٔ ۲۰۱۳، ساعت ۲۰:۵۵ (UTC)

• A new extension ("TemplateData") was added to all Wikipedia sites on May 20. It will allow a future version of VisualEditor to edit templates. [۲۴]
• New sites: Greek Wikivoyage and Venetian Wiktionary joined the Wikimedia family last week; the total number of project wikis is now 794. [۲۵] [۲۶]
• The logo of 18 Wikipedias was changed to version 2.0 in a third group of updates. [۲۷]

Future software changes

Pywikipedia is migrating to git

Please join the consultation about the Community logo that represents Meta-Wiki: m:Community Logo/Request for consultation.

This community consultation was commenced on September 24. The following day, two individuals filed a legal opposition against the registration of the Community logo.

The question is whether the Wikimedia Foundation should seek a collective membership mark with respect to this logo or abandon its registration and protection of the trademark.

We want to make sure that everyone get a chance to speak up so that we can get clear direction from the community. We would therefore really appreciate the community's help in translating this announcement from English so that everyone is able to understand it.

Introducting Beta Features

We would like to let you know about Beta Features, a new program from the Wikimedia Foundation that lets you try out new features before they are released for everyone.

Think of it as a digital laboratory where community members can preview upcoming software and give feedback to help improve them. This special preference page lets designers and engineers experiment with new features on a broad scale, but in a way that's not disruptive.

Beta Features is now ready for testing on MediaWiki.org. It will also be released on Wikimedia Commons and MetaWiki this Thursday, 7 November. Based on test results, the plan is to release it on all wikis worldwide on 21 November, 2013.

Here are the first features you can test this week:

• Media Viewer — view images in large size or full screen
• VisualEditor Formulæ (for wikis with VisualEditor) — edit algebra or equations on your pages
• Typography Refresh — make text more readable (coming Thursday)

Would you like to try out Beta Features now? After you log in on MediaWiki.org, a small 'Beta' link will appear next to your 'Preferences'. Click on it to see features you can test, check the ones you want, then click 'Save'. Learn more on the Beta Features page.

After you've tested Beta Features, please let the developers know what you think on this discussion page -- or report any bugs here on Bugzilla. You're also welcome to join this IRC office hours chat on Friday, 8 November at 18:30 UTC.

Beta Features was developed by the Wikimedia Foundation's Design, Multimedia and VisualEditor teams. We are now updating this policy to better balance permissive use of the marks with the legal requirements for preserving them for the community. Reminder: Wikidata coming on January 14th

(This is a message to all Wikisource editions. Sorry for writing in English. I hope someone can translate this for me on the non-English editions.)

Hi!

I am Wikidata's product manager. If you are unfamilar with Wikidata please have a look at d:Q3107329 for example.

As you might already have heard Wikisource will be the fourth project supported by Wikidata after Wikipedia, Wikivoyage and Commons. We are currently planning this for January 14th. From this point on you will be able to handle the links between projects in Wikidata. This means you will only have to maintain them once instead of having them duplicated in every article. However fear not: the local interwiki links will still continue to work and they will overwrite what comes from Wikidata.

This is the first step of Wikidata supporting Wikisource. In a second step we will enable access to the actual data on Wikidata like biographical data about authors. I do not have a date for that yet however.

The planning is happening at d:Wikidata:Wikisource. We are still looking for some more ambassadors who can help during the process and make sure everything goes smoothly for you. Please add your name to the list at d:Wikidata:Wikisource if you're willing to do this.

Wikidata is here!

Hey everyone :)

As previously announced we have just enabled interwiki links via Wikidata for Wikisource. This means from now on you no longer have to maintain the links in the Wikitext but can maintain them together with the links for Wikipedia, Commons and Wikivoyage on Wikidata. You will still be able to keep them locally though if you want to. Local interwiki links will overwrite the ones from Wikidata. You do not yet have access to the other data on Wikidata like the date of birth of an author. That will come in a future deployment. I will let you know when I have a date for it.

If you have any questions d:Wikidata:Wikisource is a good first step. It also has a list of people familiar with both Wikisource and Wikidata who are able to help you out. That is also a good place for any issues or bugs you encounter.

I'm really excited to welcome you all to Wikidata! I hope it will become a great help for Wikisource.

Request for comment on Commons: Should Wikimedia support MP4 video?

The Wikimedia Foundation's multimedia team seeks community guidance on a proposal to support the MP4 video format. This digital video standard is used widely around the world to record, edit and watch videos on mobile phones, desktop computers and home video devices. It is also known as H.264/MPEG-4 or AVC.

Supporting the MP4 format would make it much easier for our users to view and contribute video on Wikipedia and Wikimedia projects -- and video files could be offered in dual formats on our sites, so we could continue to support current open formats (WebM and Ogg Theora).

However, MP4 is a patent-encumbered format, and using a proprietary format would be a departure from our current practice of only supporting open formats on our sites -- even though the licenses appear to have acceptable legal terms, with only a small fee required.

We would appreciate your guidance on whether or not to support MP4. Our Request for Comments presents views both in favor and against MP4 support, based on opinions we’ve heard in our discussions with community and team members.

Access to data in Wikidata

Hey :)

(Sorry for writing in English. I hope someone can translate this for me where necessary.)

Not long ago we enabled language links via Wikidata for Wikisource. This seems to have gone rather smoothly. Thanks to everyone who helped! But as you know this was only the start. What is actually more interesting is access to the data in Wikidata like the date of birth of an author or the year a book was published. We have planned this for February 25th (unless any issues arise). You will then be able to use the data in your articles. I hope this will open up a lot of new opportunities for you.

Universal Language Selector will be enabled by default again on this wiki by 21 February 2014

On January 21 2014 the MediaWiki extension Universal Language Selector (ULS) was disabled on this wiki. A new preference was added for logged-in users to turn on ULS. This was done to prevent slow loading of pages due to ULS webfonts, a behaviour that had been observed by the Wikimedia Technical Operations team on some wikis.

We are now ready to enable ULS again. The temporary preference to enable ULS will be removed. A new checkbox has been added to the Language Panel to enable/disable font delivery. This will be unchecked by default for this wiki, but can be selected at any time by the users to enable webfonts. This is an interim solution while we improve the feature of webfonts delivery.

You can now access the data on Wikidata

Hey folks,

We have just enabled data access to Wikidata for Wikisource (except old-wikisource). This means you can now access data like the date of birth of an author or the ISBN of a book. You can do this in two ways. The first one is a parser function. You can use it like {{#property:capital}} or {{#property:P36}}. The second one is Lua. The documentation for that is at mw:Extension:WikibaseClient/Lua

If you have any questions you will find help at d:Wikidata:Wikisource and its talk page.

I hope you'll use this to do some kick-ass things on Wikisource ;-)

Call for project ideas: funding is available for community experiments

Do you have an idea for a project that could improve your community? Individual Engagement Grants from the Wikimedia Foundation help support individuals and small teams to organize experiments for 6 months. You can get funding to try out your idea for online community organizing, outreach, tool-building, or research to help make ویکی‌نبشته better. In March, we’re looking for new project proposals.

Examples of past Individual Engagement Grant projects:

• Organizing social media for Chinese Wikipedia ($350 for materials)
• Improving gadgets for Visual Editor ($4500 for developers)
• Coordinating access to reliable sources for Wikipedians ($7500 for project management, consultants and materials)
• Building community and strategy for Wikisource (€10000 for organizing and travel)

Proposals are due by 31 March 2014. There are a number of ways to get involved!

Changes to the default site typography coming soon

This week, the typography on Wikimedia sites will be updated for all readers and editors who use the default "Vector" skin. This change will involve new serif fonts for some headings, small tweaks to body content fonts, text size, text color, and spacing between elements. The schedule is:

• April 1st: non-Wikipedia projects will see this change live
• April 3rd: Wikipedias will see this change live

This change is very similar to the "Typography Update" Beta Feature that has been available on Wikimedia projects since November 2013. After several rounds of testing and with feedback from the community, this Beta Feature will be disabled and successful aspects enabled in the default site appearance. Users who are logged in may still choose to use another skin, or alter their personal CSS, if they prefer a different appearance. Local common CSS styles will also apply as normal, for issues with local styles and scripts that impact all users.

Using only UploadWizard for uploads

Hello! It was noted that on this wiki you have less than 10 local files. Presumably, you therefore don't have interest nor energies to have hundreds templates with the now required HTML, even less a local EDP. However, this means that users here will experience a mostly broken and/or illegal uploading. I propose to

• have local upload restricted to the "مدیران" group (for emergency uploads) and
• the sidebar point to commons:Special:UploadWizard,

so that you can avoid local maintenance and all users can have a functioning, easy upload interface in their own language. All registered users can upload on Commons and existing files will not be affected.

I'll get this done in one week from now.

1. If you disagree with the proposal, just remove your wiki from the list.
2. To make the UploadWizard even better, please tell your experience and ideas on commons:Commons:Upload Wizard feedback.

Media Viewer

Greetings, my apologies for writing in English.

I wanted to let you know that Media Viewer will be released to this wiki in the coming weeks. Media Viewer allows readers of Wikimedia projects to have an enhanced view of files without having to visit the file page, but with more detail than a thumbnail. You can try Media Viewer out now by turning it on in your Beta Features. If you do not enjoy Media Viewer or if it interferes with your work after it is turned on you will be able to disable Media Viewer as well in your preferences. I invite you to share what you think about Media Viewer and how it can be made better in the future.

Media Viewer lets you see images in larger size

The Wikimedia Foundation's Multimedia team is happy to announce that Media Viewer was just released on this site today.

Media Viewer displays images in larger size when you click on their thumbnails, to provide a better viewing experience. Users can now view images faster and more clearly, without having to jump to separate pages — and its user interface is more intuitive, offering easy access to full-resolution images and information, with links to the file repository for editing. The tool has been tested extensively across all Wikimedia wikis over the past six months as a Beta Feature and has been released to the largest Wikipedias, all language Wikisources, and the English Wikivoyage already.

If you do not like this feature, you can easily turn it off by clicking on "Disable Media Viewer" at the bottom of the screen, pulling up the information panel (or in your your preferences) whether you have an account or not. Learn more in this Media Viewer Help page.

Letter petitioning WMF to reverse recent decisions

The Wikimedia Foundation recently created a new feature, "superprotect" status. The purpose is to prevent pages from being edited by elected administrators -- but permitting WMF staff to edit them. It has been put to use in only one case: to protect the deployment of the Media Viewer software on German Wikipedia, in defiance of a clear decision of that community to disable the feature by default, unless users decide to enable it.

If you oppose these actions, please add your name to this letter. If you know non-Wikimedians who support our vision for the free sharing of knowledge, and would like to add their names to the list, please ask them to sign an identical version of the letter on change.org.

Meta RfCs on two new global groups

Hello all,

There are currently requests for comment open on meta to create two new global groups. The first is a group for members of the OTRS permissions queue, which would grant them autopatrolled rights on all wikis except those who opt-out. That proposal can be found at m:Requests for comment/Creation of a global OTRS-permissions user group. The second is a group for Wikimedia Commons admins and OTRS agents to view deleted file pages through the 'viewdeletedfile' right on all wikis except those who opt-out. The second proposal can be found at m:Requests for comment/Global file deletion review.

We would like to hear what you think on both proposals. Both are in English; if you wanted to translate them into your native language that would also be appreciated.

It is possible for individual projects to opt-out, so that users in those groups do not have any additional rights on those projects. To do this please start a local discussion, and if there is consensus you can request to opt-out of either or both at m:Stewards' noticeboard.

پالایهٔ خرابکاری یک افزونهٔ مدیاویکی است که برای شناسایی الگوهای رفتاری احتمالاً خرابکارانه به کار می‌رود، مانند خرابکاری و هرزنویسی. در سال ۲۰۱۳ میلادی پالایه‌های خرابکاری سراسری روی دستهٔ محدود از ویکی‌ها از جمله فراویکی، MediaWiki.org، Wikispecies و (در اوایل ۲۰۱۴) همهٔ «ویکی‌های کوچک» به کار گرفته شدند. به تازگی پالایهٔ خرابکاری سراسری روی «ویکی‌های متوسط» نیز فعال شده است. این پالایه‌ها هم‌اکنون توسط ویکی‌بُدها در فراویکی مدیریت می‌شوند و نشان داده‌اند که در رویارویی با حملات هرزنویسی گسترده روی پروژه‌های ویکی‌مدیا بسیار مؤثر هستند. با این وجود هنوز سیاست سراسری‌ای در مورد اینکه این پالایه‌ها چگونه مدیریت شوند وجود ندارد، هرچند پیشنهادهایی داده شده. هم‌اکنون نظرخواهی‌ای در مورد سیاست حاکم بر استفادهٔ پالایه‌های خرابکاری سراسری در جریان است. در این میان هر کدام از ویکی‌ها که بخواهند می‌توانند از اجرای پالایهٔ سراسری کنار بکشند. این ویکی‌ها کافیست درخواست خود را در این فهرست در فراویکی ثبت کنند. اطلاعات بیشتر را می‌توان در این صفحه در فراویکی یافت. اگر هرگونه پرسشی داشتید می‌توانید در m:Talk:Global AbuseFilter مطرح کنید.

اگر روزی روزگاری گذارتان به آلمان افتاد، حتماً سری هم به‌شهر وایمار در شرق این کشور بزنید. از شهرهای بسیار زیبا و تاریخی اروپاست. البته نه به بزرگی و عظمت اَبرشهرهایی چون برلین، پاریس یا لندن؛ اما فرهنگ‌شهر آلمان است. حتی چند سال پیش از این، یونسکو این شهر را به‌عنوان «نخستین فرهنگ‌شهر اروپا» برگزید. وایمار شهر کلاسیک‌های آلمان است، شهر ولفگانگ گوته و فریدریش شیلر؛ شهر فرانتس لیست است؛ آن‌جا که نیچه جان سپرد و جمهوری وایمار پا گرفت.

در وایمار سراغ پارک شهر را بگیرید. از پارک شهر تا «میدان بتهوون» راه چندانی نیست؛ یکی از میدان‌های زیبای شهر است. در گوشه میدان بتهوون دو صندلی سنگی بزرگ به چشم می‌خورد که روبه‌روی هم قرار گرفته‌اند. یکی رو به شرق دارد و یکی رو به غرب. هر دو صندلی را از یک قطعه سنگ خارا تراشیده‌اند؛ از یک جنس با رگه‌هایی از بلور نیلگون. جلوتر بروید! صندلی‌ها خالی است و شما را به نشستن و نظاره کردن دعوت می‌کند. نگاه کنید! درست در میان فرش خارا، میان دو صندلی، غزلی از حافظ نقش بسته است، با خط زیبای نستعلیق؛ و در دو سوی فرش دو قطعه شعر از گوته به‌چشم می‌خورد به‌زبان آلمانی. گویی که این دو بزرگ، دور از اغیار در این گوشه از جهان به گفت‌وگو نشسته‌اند. میزبان گوته است که در وایمار ساکن است و میهمان حافظ.

ویکی‌سفر پروژه‌ای برای ساخت یک راهنمای سفر کامل، به‌روز و قابل اعتماد است. این پروژه با همکاری نویسندگان ویکی‌سفر از سرتاسر دنیا ساخته شده است.

ویکی‌سفر با شوق درمیان‌گذاری دانش که مسافرت را شیرین و لذت‌بخش می‌کند. هرگاه مسافران یکدیگر را در جاده می‌بینند، شروع به رد و بدل اطلاعات راجع به مکان‌هایی که از آن‌ها دیدن کرده‌اند می‌کنند و سوالاتی راجع به مکان‌هایی که به آن‌ها نرفته‌اند می‌پرسند.

ما می‌خواهیم درمیان‌گذاری این دانش را آسان کنیم و بگذاریم دیگران اطلاعاتشان را به اشتراک بگذارند.

برای ساخت ویکی‌سفر، ما از ابزار و فرایندی به نام ویکی استفاده می‌کنیم که به هر خوانندهٔ اینترنت امکان ایجاد، به‌روزرسانی، ویرایش و قرار دادن تصویر در هر صفحهٔ این وب‌گاه را می‌دهد.

ما همه، دانسته‌های خود را درمیان می‌گذاریم، آن‌ها را ویرایش می‌کنیم تا به مجموعه‌ای خوشایند، منطقی و مستدل تبدیل گردد. هر چه تعداد ویرایشگران بیشتر باشد، ویکی‌سفر نیز بهتر می‌شود. ما به تعدادی ره‌شمار دست یافته‌ایم، ولی هنوز راه زیادی مانده است. اگر شما تازه‌وارد هستید، می‌توانید مقالات را ویرایش و به ما کمک کنید.

ویکی‌سفری‌ها کسانی هستند که در ویکی‌سفر می‌نویسند و عضوی از جامعه جهان گستر مشارکت کننده در ویکی‌سفر می‌باشند.ویکی‌سفری‌ها یک سازمان مخفیانه یا یک گروه محدود نیستند. ما هم افرادی مثل سایرین هستیم. بعضی از ما به مسافرت رفتن علاقه دارند، بعضی دیگرمان به محل خودشان علاقه دارند، بعضی به مرتب کردن و ویکی‌نویسی علاقه دارند.

وجه مشترک همه ما در این است که می‌خواهیم آنچه را که می‌دانیم به مسافران در هر جایی که هستند بگوییم. شما همین حالا می‌توانید ویکی‌سفری شوید. برای اینکه این پروژه موفق باشد به کمک شما نیاز داریم. ما راه درازی در پیش داریم و هر چه شما بیشتر کمک کنید به هدف نزدیک تر خواهیم شد.

کاربر گرامی دفترخانه پروژه‌های ویکی در حال پیشرفت هستن و بیشتر از همیشه به همکاری متقابل نیاز دارن. پروژه های ویکی موفق شدن رتبه هایی رو در بین زبان های دیگر به دست بیارن که ویکی پدیای فارسی نتونسته بود بهش برسه مثلا پروژه ویکی سفر رتبه سوم رو در بین پروژه ها داره یا ویکی گفتاورد به رتبه ۱۶ام رسیده. به همین دلیل در ادامه نشست های جمعی بین ویکی پروژه ها اینبار نشست دیگری رو برگزار می کنیم تا به بحث درباره موضوع های زیر بپردازیم.

Inspire Campaign: Improving diversity, improving content

This March, we’re organizing an Inspire Campaign to encourage and support new ideas for improving gender diversity on Wikimedia projects. Less than 20% of Wikimedia contributors are women, and many important topics are still missing in our content. We invite all Wikimedians to participate. If you have an idea that could help address this problem, please get involved today! The campaign runs until March 31.

All proposals are welcome - research projects, technical solutions, community organizing and outreach initiatives, or something completely new! Funding is available from the Wikimedia Foundation for projects that need financial support.
