Hipwell family from Pavenham, Bedfordshire. Daniel as first name, family tradition, through parts of family.

No publications found for author. N&Q states that father wrote biographies for that publication in s6 - s8, at same time son was actively researching. Google search shows wrote bio for Thomas Langley (1892), so have chosen father due to the age in that year, and extensive writings during that period.
