Birth recorded as Emma Louisa, death notice says Louisa, and probate notice of husband the same.
No evidence that there was a separate award of any honour, especially Dame Commander, so possibly assumed as part of her husband's knighthood of 1916. -- billinghurst (talk) 16:55, 21 July 2009 (UTC)
