Seems to be the wife of George Henry Ide (American clergyman). Copyright holder of GHI's book [1]. Writes in publicataions of that period about being the wife of a clergyman. Marriage records show that GHI m. Kate Emma Bowles, in Newport, Rhode Island and no reference to name Kingsley.
