These are the protocols, annexes and declarations that are, as of 1 December 2009, attached to the Treaty on European Union, the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community as amended by the Treaty of Lisbon (2007). The following is of equal legal value to the treaties they are attached to, along with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
