Executive Order 12756 of March 18, 1991

Continuance of the President's Drug Advisory Council


By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and and the laws of the United States of America, and in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as amended (5 U.S.C. App. 2), it is hereby ordered as follows:


Section 1. 

The President's Drug Advisory Council, established by Executive Order No. 12696, is continued until November 13, 1993.


Sec. 2. 

The second sentence of Section 1(a) of Executive Order No. 12696 is amended by deleting "30" and inserting "35" in lieu thereof.
