Grantham, William, Q.C., M.P. East Surrey since 1874, member of the Bar Committee since Dec., 1883, J. School, London, lord of the manor of Camois Court, a student of the Inner Temple 30 April, 1860 (then aged 24), studentship Jan., 1863, called to the bar 26 Jan., 1863, Q.C. 13 Feb., 1877, bencher 30 April, 1880 (younger son of George Grantham, Esq., of Barcombe Place, Sussex, dec.); born 23 Oct., 1835; married 15 Feb., 1865, Emma, eldest dau. of late Richard Wilson, Esq., of Chiddingley, Sussex, and Brighton.
