Parkin, Thomas, F.R.G.S., M.A., Trin. Coll., Camb., 1871, from Rugby, late lieut. royal Cumberland militia, a student of the Inner Temple 21 Nov., 1870 (then aged 25), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1874 (2nd son of Rev. John Parkin, vicar of Halton, Sussex); born 3 Feb., 1845.
