Parkins, William Trevor, M.A. Merton Coll., Oxon, revising barrister since 1875, counsel for the Post Office and Mint on the North Wales and Chester circuit since 1875, a student of the Inner Temple 22 April, 1844 (then aged 21), called to the bar 31 Jan., 1851 (only son of Rev. Christopher Parkins, dec.); born 8 June, 1822; married 21 July, 1846, Margaret Arabella Jane, dau. of Rev. W. Lloyd, of Blaen-y-Glyn, co. Merioneth, rector of Llanfaethlu, Anglesey.
