DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION SALARIES AND EXPENSES For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", to cover the incremental costs arising from the consequences of Hurricane Andrew and other disasters, $451,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the entire amount is designated by Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended. IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION SERVICE SALARIES AND EXPENSES For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", to cover the incremental costs arising from the consequences of Hurriceine Andrew and other disasters, $1,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the entire amount is designated by Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended.
