Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, $ 400,000,000, to remain available until expended. NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSP H ERIC ADMINISTRATION OPERATIONS, RESEARCH, AND F ACILITIES For an additional amount for ‘‘Operations, Research, and Facili- ties’’, to improve hurricane track and intensity forecasts for the protection of life and property, $11,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 200 9 . In addition, for an additional amount for ‘‘Operations, Research, and Facilities’’, for fishery disaster assistance, $7 5 ,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2009

d, That the National Marine Fisheries Service shall cause such amounts to be distributed among eligible recipients of assistance for fishery resource disasters and commercial fishery failures as declared by the Secretary of Commerce under sections 308(b) and 308(d) of the Interjurisdicitional Fisheries Act (16 U.S.C. 4107) and sections 312(a) and 315 of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (16 U.S.C. 1861a(a) and 1864).
