120 Stat. 2439), as amended by section 1503 of the Duncan H unter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110–417; 122 Stat. 4649), shall apply to the funds appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in subsection (a) and made available to the Department of Defense for the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Fund. (c) M ONTH LYOB LI G ATIONS AND E X PENDITURE R EPORTS.—Not later than 15 days after the end of each month of fiscal year 2010, the Secretary of Defense shall provide to the con g ressional defense committees a report on the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Fund explaining monthly commitments, obligations, and expenditures by line of action. (d) REPEAL OF SUPERSEDED REPORTING RE Q UIRE M ENT.—Section 1514 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 (Public Law 109–364; 120 Stat. 2439), as amended by section 1503(e) of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110–417; 122 Stat. 4650), is amended by striking subsection (e). SEC. 150 4 . NAV Y AND MARINE CORPS PROCUREMENT. Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2010 for procurement accounts of the Navy and Marine C orps in amounts as follows
(1) For aircraft procurement, Navy, $903,197,000. (2) For weapons procurement, Navy, $50,700,000. (3) For ammunition procurement, Navy and Marine Corps, $681,957,000.
