Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United W?<i¤*l°¤ *° States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the H322m H' Interior bc, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of William H. Hafer, late of company “E," second Pennsylvania cavalry, on the pension list, and pay, or cause to be paid to him, the sum of fifteen dollars per month ; and in the event of the death of said William H. Hufer, leaving a widow or orphan children, then the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to pay the aforesaid pension to the widow or orphan children, under the limitations and restrictions as provided by the general pension laws; this act to take effect from and after its passage. Be it enacted by the Senate and Emo of Representatives of the United ki;<¤¤¤i<>¤ of States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Iniuzrgégygg terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension 1866, ch. 51. of Isabella F ogg, who was granted a pension of eight dollars per month by an act of Congress approved April seventeenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, from eight dollars to twenty dollars per month. Jones, by adoption, and who died while a private of company “C," second regiment Missouri cavalry, in the service of the United States, on the pension roll at eight dollars per month, commencing September seventeenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and to continue while she remains a widow. _ Be it enacted by the Senate and .&use of Representatives of the United P°¤E’:e*: States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- 1 terior cause to be placed on the rolls of invalid pensioners the name of Mary Hosea, widow of James Hosea, late of Carbondale, Luzerne county, Pennsylvania, at the rate allowed by and subject to the general laws applicable to deputy provost-marshals, and to continue during widowhood.
