Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United J 01m_ M. Milton- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- P°¤¤*°¤· rior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the V°I’23’ 1*692 pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John M. Milton, dependent father of Charles A. Milton, late a private in Company B, Second Regiment New Hampshire Volunteers, and at the time of his death a medical cadet, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, said pension to commence · March third, eighteen hundred and eighty-tive. Received by the President, April 27, 1886. Johnson, widow of John W. Johnson, late a private in Company G, Tenth New Jersey Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, and to pay her such pension as is provided by law to the widow of a private soldier in the late war and the additional pension for each child of said John W. Johnson and Mary E. Johnson, until he or she die or arrive at the age of sixteen yeazpls, said chiId’s pension to be at such rates as is allowed by law in sim ar cases.
