CHAP. 515.-An act granting a pension to Mrs. Mary Shumway} J¤¤¤ 21.1890- Re it enacted by the Senate and House 1,% Representatives of the United States of America in Congress asse led, That the Secretary §;¥§g}“¤mW¤Y· of the Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to place ` on the pension—roll, subject to the provisions and limitations o the pension laws, the name of Mary Shumway, widow of David A. McCam$, widow of James M. cCam1y, late Captain of Company A, Ninth eteran Reserve Corps, and who had command of the guard of honor in charge of the remains of the late President Abraham Lincoln. Helston, the widow of Joseph Helston, late a private of Companies H, I, and K, Second Regiment of Illinois Cavalry Volunteers. Approved, June 21, 1890. CHAP. 518.-An act granting a pension to Elizabeth Bennett. J¤¤¢ 21.1890. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary gz-;!:)*;1¤¤B¢¤¤¢¤· of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to place on the ' pension-roll the name of Elizabeth ennett, mother of John Ben~ nett, late a private in Company H, Seventh New York Heavy Artillery Volunteers, and to pay her a pension.
