Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the ·¥¤h¤_S· I··>¤i¤f- United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P°°”°"` of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the. provisions and limitations o the ension laws, the name of John S. Lozier, late a private Company I, Eightysixth Ohio Volunteers, and allow him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 21, 1890. June 21, 1890.
