Be it enacted by the Senate and House cfRepreserztati’ves of the United [ I States of America in Congress assembled That all that portion of the Qgwgggijnd mk Territory of New Mexico bounded and described as follows: Com· ence. s. nu., me mencing at the intersection of the fourth standard parallel north with "”B§§l5,;,,m,,,_ the boundary line of the Territory of New Mexico and the State of Texas; thence west alon said fourth standard parallel north to its intersection with the third guide meridian east of New Mexico; thence south along said third guide meridian east to its intersection with the first standard parallel north; thence east along said iirst standard parallel north to its intersection with the boun ary line of the Territory of New Mexico and the State of Texas; thence north along said boundary line to the place of beginning, be, and is hereby, constituted a new and separate and district, to be called the Tucumcari land district, the land office of which shall be located in the town omumrucinuesn. of Tucurncari, count of Quay, in the Territory of New Mexico. Sec. 2.
