" a State to act as deputy commissioner for any compensation-district or part thereof in such State, and may make arrangements with suc board, commission, or other agency for the use of the personnel and facilities thereof in the administration of this Act. (d) Each deputy commissioner shall maintain and keep open ,,,2,‘f‘;°,§,_°° ”° *°p‘ during reasonab e usiness hours an oiiice, at a place designated by the commission, for the transaction of business under this Act., at . which otiice he shall keep his oiiicial records and papers. Such E‘*““"““"·°°°‘ oiiice shall be furnished and equipped by the commission, who shall also furnish the deputy commissioner with all necessa clerical and other assistants, records, books, blanks, and supplies. r%Vherever practicable such otlice shall be located in a building] owned or leased y the United States; otherwise the commission all rent suitable quarters.
