(i) Any article or product which is within the terms of paragraph etc., Application of r ates, 1, 5, 37, 39, 60, 66, 82, or 1687, as well as within the terms of para- graph 27, 28, or 1651, shall be assessed for duty or exempted from duty as the case may be under paragraph 27, 28, or 1651 .
