AN ACT For the relief of Anton N. Nyerges.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the ^y- United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Anton N. Nyerges, the sum of $3,()00. The payment of such sum shall be in full satisfaction of any and all claims against the United States for compensation for reasonable and necessary personal property lost while in the course of his duties as Foreign Service officer at the American Legation, Budapest, Hungary, on November 4, 1956, as a result of a revolution: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved February 19, 1958.

AN ACT For the relief of Henr.v M. Lednicky.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the M. Led- United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Henry M. Lednicky, West, Texas, the sum of $817.25, which represents payment for janitor service performed by Mr. Lednicky while he w as in charge of the local post office at the request of the Post Office Department: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved February 19, 1958.
