(Malit) Morris may be classified as children within the meanin"o- of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, and a petition § Vs*c'i \ol' filed in their belialf by Mr. Gene A. Morris, a citizen of the United States, may be approved pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, ^ ^^^ ^ ^^^' That the parents, brothers, or sisters of the said beneficiaries shall not, by virtne of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or ^•tat^s under the Innnigration and Nationality Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America In Congress assembled. That, for the pur- ^^^^^^^^\^*' ^ l)oses of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Mauricia A. jacqueiine'A. Buensalido and her minor children, Raymond A. Buensalido and Buensalido. .Jacqueline A. Buensalido, shall be held and considered to have been hiwfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required \isa fees. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such aliens as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper officer to deduct the required numbeis from the total number of immigrant visas and conditional entries which are made available to natives of the country of each alien's birth under paragraphs (1) through (8) of section 208(a) of the Immigration and Xationality Act. s^ul'c^ifss^* Approved December 2, 1971. That the natural parents, 1154. brothers, or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
