For the relief of Raul Alvarez Rodriguez.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assemiled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Raul Alvarez Rodriguez may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, and a petition filed in his behalf by Maria Francisca Rodriguez-Hernandez, a citizen of the United States, may be approved pursuant to section 204 of the Act and the provisions of section 245(c) of the Act shall not apply in this case: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
