Private Law 94-7 94th Congress An Act For the relief of Jacinta Roque Armstrong-Perez.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Jacinta Eoque Armstrong-Perez may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Mr. and Mrs. Joseph J. Armstrong, a citizen of the United States and a lawfully resident alien, respectively, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Approved July 8, 1975.
