AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS
SEC. 7. Section 17 of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (29 U.S.C. 635) is amended by striking out ", not in excess of $5,000,000 for any fiscal year,". Approved April 6, 1978.
