Public Law 96-116 96th Congress An Act To provide for the distribution within the United States of the International Communication Agency film entitled "Reflections: George Meany".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That, notwithstand- George Meany ing the second sentence of section 501 of the United States Informa- 5.1"^'UStion and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 (22 U.S.C. 1461), the distribution. Director of the International Communication Agency shall, upon receipt of reimbursement for any expenses involved, make available to the Administrator of General Services, for deposit in the National Archives of the United States, a master copy of the film entitled "Reflections: George Meany", and the Administrator shall make copies of such film available for purchase and public viewing within the United States. Approved November 16, 1979.
