The line BACON de Augment. Scient. needs to be "right-centered" below the latin quote, but I'm unable to figure it out.

Heh, you're really diving into the deep end of complicated Wikisource formatting.

So there's a template called {{block center}}. You can imagine that everything inside of it is in an invisible box. The box sizes itself to be just big enough to fit everything you put it in, or larger or smaller if you specify it to be so, and then the box itself is centered, not the text in the box. So we can put both of those lines in the box, and then make the quote attribution bit be right-aligned, and it will be right aligned inside the box. The box will be as big as the quote, with its right edge being the right edge of the quote because it's the box's size and the attribution because it's right aligned with respect to the box, and centered with respect to the page.

This stuff can get pretty complicated, I have to experiment with things to find something that works even after having been doing this for a few years.
