South Africa Act Amendment Act, 1969
enacted by the Parliament of South Africa
Act No. 26 of 1969. First published on 2 April 1969 in Government Gazette No. 2341, and came into force upon publication. Repealed on 27 April 1994 by the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1993.

To repeal sections 150 and 151 of and the Schedule to the South Africa Act, 1909.

Be it enacted by the State President, the Senate and the House of Assembly of the Republic of South Africa, as follows:―


Repeal of sections 150 and 151 of and the Schedule to the South Africa Act, 1909.

1. Sections 150 and 151 of and the Schedule to the South Africa Act, 1909, are hereby repealed.


Short title.

2. This Act shall be called the South Africa Act Amendment Act, 1969.
