At a Parliament begun and holden, at Westminster, the first day of February, An​no Domini, 1866, in the twenty-ninth year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lady Victoria, by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Queen, Defender of the Faith, and from thence continued by several Prorogations to the Fifth day of February, 1867.

Being the Second Session of the Nineteenth Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.
