Wrong work structure?[edit]

@Xover I chose a simple, two-level structure for the book: Main title/Author, i.e. Lives of the Most Excellent Painters, Sculptors, and Architects/Cimabue, but perhaps it's a mistake, the right structure being Main title/Part/Author, i.e. Lives of the Most Excellent Painters, Sculptors, and Architects/Part 1/Cimabue. What's your opinion? I feel that it could be a tricky change, but I can try. Thanks! Alex brollo (talk) 06:19, 1 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thinking again, and after a complete transclusion of index pages of the 5 volumes, probably such a deep rebuilding of work structure is not mandatory. I save Lives of the Most Excellent Painters, Sculptors, and Architects/Part 1 as a test, but I don't link to it from any page.Alex brollo (talk) 07:54, 2 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It is of little value to have them into two levels of subpage hierarchy. One subpage level is sufficient and what we have done on multiple works. — billinghurst sDrewth 12:13, 2 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
