For correctly quoting from and referencing to this book (especially in scientific articles) it would be very helpful if the 'digital page numbers' are identical to those in the paper original. I may have missed it, but I couldn't find the original pagenumbers.

Agreed. It is an early work, and not our preferred means to prepare and present works. Our works from today are supported by page scans and have page numbering as yu indicate that you think are of value. So do we. — billinghurst sDrewth 13:45, 25 January 2013 (UTC)
