This Page Is Littered With Typographical Errors[edit]

Most people don't think it's important to proofread their work line by line. This page proves that it is indeed important.

Poetry is unlike prose: poetry with typos is worse than useless. It's upsetting. unsigned comment by Samax Rex (talk) 14:55, 12 December 2020‎.

@Samax Rex: I'm rather inclined to agree. @Slowking4: you created these pages over a year ago, but they're not in a fit state for transclusion as they stand (except the copyright page). Do you plan to proofread this work soon? Otherwise I can move it your your user area. Inductiveloadtalk/contribs 19:06, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
those are the typical scan errors of a rough scan. i was hoping to get it into the poetry POTM. a year is a short time around here. please do not move works to user space; that is not a consensus process. see also Wikisource:Scriptorium/Archives/2011-11#Variance_to_a_rule_is_requested and Index:Ukpga 20000036 en.pdf--Slowking4Rama's revenge 19:35, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
At least use {{Transcluded OCR errors}} to mark it as such and place it on the relevant backlog, rather than just dumping it into mainspace unfinished and letting others find it and wonder what's going on. Inductiveloadtalk/contribs 20:07, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
