Usage[edit]

Produces a header template for The New York Times's articles.

Parameters[edit]

All template parameters are required except for copyrightyear.

day
The day of publication (e.g. FRIDAY), written in capital letters.
date
The date of publication (e.g. APRIL 1, 1904), written in capital letters.
number
The publication number (e.g. 16,924), see source.
pages
The amount of pages of the publication (e.g. SIXTEEN), written in capital letters.
volume
The number of the volume (e.g. LIII), written in Roman numerals.
weather
The given weather of the day (e.g. Rain; brisk east to north winds.), see source.
copyrightyear
If the header for the issue has a copyright notice under the logo, adding this paramater with the stated year (e.g. 1901) will cause the notice to display.
