Updating to align with {{header}}

Just wondering if we could look to have {{header}} and its components as the underlying basis of this template. At the moment it has no alignment with all the headers at WS and that is probably an oversight. — billinghurst sDrewth

I think the difference is that this isn't meant to be a header for pages in mainspace, but rather an easy way to duplicate the layout of the page one header of the paper; i.e. it'd be used on djvu page 1, and possibly issue TOCs (e.g. The New York Times/1900/12/01) but wouldn't be at the top of the page; there would be a proper {{header}} above it. — Sam Wilson ( Talk • Contribs ) … 08:40, 4 August 2011 (UTC)
