This template creates a link to Wiktionary in the color "dim gray" (696969) to make it less obtrusive. For a similar template which provides an immediate definition, see {{definition}}.

Use just one parameter to link directly to that word:
{{WiktGray|caitiff|}}- caitiff
Use the second parameter to "soft-link" - link to a different word to the one shown:
{{WiktGray|editor|editing}}- editing (links to "editor", but shows "editing")
