The Ketubah of a widow, deaf-mute, idiot, and minor (whether he or she is) and a convert[edit]

1. A virgin that was widowed or divorced or that was freed from her levirite obligation through Chalitzah during betrothal, when she get's married her Ketubah payment is 200 zuzim and one may put a claim on their virginity (if it turns out that they are not virgins they will lose their Ketubah payments).

2. If she was widowed, divorced, freed from her levirite obligation through Chalitzah after nissuin (the final stage of marriage), for example she enters to to the Chupah, here it is she has the presumption of having had sex with her husband and she is only due 100 zuzim but one may not put a claim on her virginity. This is true even if there are witnesses that say that she was not alone with her first husband.
