Where to raise issues[edit]
Two possible places to raise the issue.
- Scriptorium where you might address how to replace with appropriate text that is in the public domain.
- Wikisource:Proposed deletions if you believe that the document should be deleted in its entirety.
My gut feel is that the former is preferred, as long as the text is available. -- billinghurst (talk) 10:44, 15 February 2009 (UTC)
